Enriched long grain white rice (rice, niacin, iron, thiamin, folic acid)

Instructions:
For best shelf life, store rice in refrigerator after opening.

Storage:
Refrigerate after opening

Cooking Instructions:
Preparation instructions: using a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add 1 cup of rice. Optional: add salt and butter to taste. Stir, cover with a tight fitting lid and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Don't touch for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Serving as prepared= 4
