Pure Modern Living currently ships to the 48 Contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico as well as American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands and to APO and FPO military addresses.
We offer free shipping* on thousands of qualifying products with orders over $79. Please note our free shipping program is only available for the 48 Contiguous States. Items eligible for our free shipping program will be indicated with this symbol on each product page.
*Oversize & Heavy items do not qualify for our free shipping programs. Shipping fees for these items will be calculated at checkout.
Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of purchase and will take 1-5 days in transit depending on your location. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items:
If you are missing an item or receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the item and we would be happy to make it right for you!
Due to the nature of the types of products we sell, we are unable to accept any returns for buyer's remorse to protect the safety of our customers and staff. We appreciate your understanding as protecting the safety of our customers and the supply chain is our top priority.
We are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or due to a products taste, touch or smell. If you would like to try a product before purchasing, many manufacturer's will offer free samples by contacting them directly. Most orders typically begin processing within minutes of being placed and are generally not able to be changed or canceled once they are in process at our warehouses. Please be sure to review the shipping address, items in your shopping cart and fees before submitting your order.
