Cooking Instructions:
Cooking instructions 1. Add 1 ¼ cups of boiling water to the couscous in a bowl. Cover and leave to stand for 5 mins. 2. Drizzle a little olive oil or butter to taste, stir and separate grains with a fork 3. Serve hot on its own, with al'fez tagine sauces, or a chilled salad;why not try slice the top off 4 red peppers, then remove the seeds and place in the microwave for 5 mins. Scoop the prepared couscous into the peppers. Finish with a scattering of sliced green olives and some crumbled goats cheese. Replace tops. Bake at 350°f for 10 mins.
