Pancakes: 4-inch for 2-3 pancakes 1/2 c mix 1/3 c water 1/2 tbsp. Oil (recommended) for 6-7 pancakes 1 c mix 3/4 c water 1 tbsp. Oil (recommended) for 10-12 pancakes 2 c mix 1 ½ c water 2 tbsp. Oil (recommended) *add more water to make thinner pancakes. Heat electric griddle to 350°f or nonstick skillet over medium - low heat. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until all large lumps are gone. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto hot surface. Flip pancake when bubbles form on top or when pancake is golden brown.;waffles mix 1 cup water 3/4 cup oil 2 tbsp *cooking spray needed for waffle iron directions: preheat waffle iron and add all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix ingredients until smooth. Spray hot waffle iron with cooking spray and pour in 1/2 cup of batter. Close the lid and allow to cook until golden brown. Using tongs pull the waffle away from waffle iron. Enjoy!
