Cooking Instructions:
4 tbsp seasoning mix paste (adjust to taste), 1 coconut milk (13.5 oz tin), 2 medium chicken breasts thinly sliced, 1 cup any veggie heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry paste for 2 minutes, add coconut milk and when hot, add chicken & veggies and cook until tender. Serves 3-4
