Tip: to prepare in rice cooker, use the same water/rice ratio.

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking instructions: 1 cup cahokia white rice 1 3/4 cups water (optional 1 tbsp. Olive oil/butter) *one cup of dry rice makes 3-4 cups cooked rice. 1) combine rice and water in a pot and bring to a boil. (if desired 1 tbsp. Olive oil/butter can be added) 2) cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low-simmer, and cook for 20 minutes. 3) remove from heat, keeping the lid on. Steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
