Cooking Instructions:
Margherita pizza • preheat oven to 475*f • spoon 1/3 cup of carbone pizza sauce onto 12" pizza dough and spread • add 1/3 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese over top • place 6 slices of low moisture mozzarella slices, about 1/8" thick, over the top • drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top • bake in oven for about 15 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking, until the crust is browned and cheese is golden • once removed from oven, top with 6 torn pieces of fresh buffalo mozzarella and 6 torn pieces of fresh basil • finish with additional drizzle of extra virgin olive oil buon appetito!
