Cooking Instructions:
Directions 1 in a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. 2 stir in rice mix and 2 tbsp of olive oil or butter (optional). 3 cover saucepan and reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. 4 remove from heat and let stand for 3 minutes.
