Their ability to mix the tradition and technology along with the selection of raw materials is the secret to the high quality of their pasta.;oven ready;this pasta is made by the traditional method of being extruded through a bronze die and produced with extra fine durum wheat. A slow drying process at low temperatures allows more sauce to hold to the pasta as well as enhancing the overall flavour of the pasta.

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking instructions: it is not necessary to pre-cook the product. Place the sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and lay the sheets of raw lasagne pasta. Cover the pasta sheets with plenty of seasoning and alternate several layers. Bake at preheated oven 356° f degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand and serve.
