Once opened reseal using zip seal.

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking instructions: rinse 1 cup of blend in cold water and strain. Combine 1 cup rinsed blend with 1 3/4 cups water or favorite broth for more flavour in medium pot or sauce pan. Optional add 1 tbsp oil or butter. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low/simmer and cover tightly with lid. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5-10min with lid. Drain off excess water if needed. Season, serve and enjoy!
