What you need 6 cups water 1 tbsp unsalted butter 4 tbsp 2% reduced fat milk use your favorite milk and butter. We prefer goat or non-dairy. Directions ① boil 6 cups water in a medium saucepan. Add funny farm pasta and stir immediately. ② cook to desired firmness, about 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. ③ drain pasta in colander. Do not rinse. Return pasta to pan. ④ add cheese blend, butter, and milk. Mix gently until smooth and creamy.
