Cooking directions we know you've done this before, but here's the grownas* way to make truffle mac. Step 1 bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil. Salt? it makes the macaroni happy. Step 2 add pasta & cook approximately 7-8 mins until al dente. Drain pasta quickly & return to pot. Al dente? trust the italians on this. Step 3 add 3 tbsp vegan butter & stir. Add cheese packet & stir. Add 1/2 cup oat milk (or other plant milk) & stir well. Vegan butter? we'll look the other way if you add a little extra. Step 4 let sit 2-3 minutes & serve your delicious truffle mac & cheese. 2-3 minutes? your grownas* can't taste all the deliciousness if you burn your tongue. That's damn good truffle mac & cheese
