Fermented organic stone-ground whole grain spelt flour, fermented organic stone- ground whole wheat flour, organic coconut sugar, organic pumpkin, sourdough culture, organic spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg), baking soda, sea salt

Cooking Instructions:
Pumpkin muffin & bread makes 12 muffins or one 8" x 4" loaf eggs 3 water 1/2 cup oil 1/3 cup directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°f. Grease a muffin tin or loaf pan. 2. Whisk eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl. Add in baking mix and stir until combined. Pour batter into muffin tin or 8" x 4" pan. 3. Bake according to the directions on the chart. Muffins or bread are done when a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Bake times: 12 muffins 15 - 18 minutes 8" x 4" pan 30 - 35 minutes
