Fermented organic stone-ground whole grain spelt flour, fermented organic stone-ground whole wheat flour, organic coconut sugar, sourdough culture, baking soda, sea salt, organic cinnamon

Cooking Instructions:
Banana muffin & bread makes 12 muffins or one 9" x 5" loaf bananas 3 eggs 2 water 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°f. Grease a muffin tin or loaf pan. 2. Mash bananas with a fork in a large mixing bowl. Add in eggs, water, and oil and whisk together. Add in baking mix and stir until just combined. Pour batter into muffin tin or 9" x 5" pan. 3. Bake according to the directions on the chart. Muffins or bread are done when a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Bake times: 12 muffins 18 - 22 minutes 9" x 5" pan 55 - 60 minutes
