Cooking Instructions:
Ingredients: • 8 oz of gluten free pizza crust flour blend • 1 tbsp active dry yeast • 1 tbsp sugar • 1/2 tsp (salt) • 150 ml warm water (95°f) • 1 tbsp olive oil • pizza sauce • toppings preparation method: in a large container, add the active dry yeast with the sugar and the warm water, beat well until the yeast is dissolved and let it rest for 20 minutes. In a mixer, add the gluten free pizza crust flour blend and salt. Add the activated dry yeast to the mixture of flour and beat with a hook until you have all the flour integrated into a dough. Then, add the olive oil and mix carefully until it is integrated perfectly to the rest of the dough. Let the dough rest in a warm, humid place without drafts for about 25 minutes. Roll out the dough into a disc of half a cm thickness, or if you prefer, it can be thinner. Cover the dough with pizza sauce and toppings of your choice. Let it rest for 20 minutes in a warm and humid place so that the dough grows a little. Bake at 480°f for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
