Instructions: instant pot® 1 cut 1.5 lb stew beef or chuck into 1-inch cubes and coat with 2 tbsp flour. 2 add beef, kinder's seasoning, 14 oz can of crushed tomatoes, and 1 cup beef stock (or water) to instant pot®. 3 cook on high for 45 minutes. 4 release pressure and cool 10 minutes before serving. Instructions: slow cooker 1 cut 1.5 lb stew beef or chuck into 1-inch cubes and coat with 2 tbsp flour. 2 add beef, kinder's seasoning, 14 oz can of crushed tomatoes, and 1.5 cups beef stock (or water) to slow cooker. 3 cook on low for 8 hours.
