What you'll need standard recipe: 3 eggs 1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup sour cream | dairy free recipe: 3 eggs 1/3 cup dairy free butter product 1/2 cup dairy free plain yogurt * for caramel frosting: 2 tablespoons butter (or non dairy butter), 2 tablespoons milk (or non dairy milk), 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla easy as 1, 2, 3! 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2 mix eggs, melted butter, and sour cream for one minute, or until blended. Add all of cake mix, and continue mixing at low-medium speed for an additional two minutes. 3 pour into greased 8" x 4" bread pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until done in center. Cool in pan 20 minutes; remove. Caramel frosting: allow cake to cool about 20 minutes before frosting the cake.place in a microwave safe bowl: 2 tablespoons butter (or non dairy butter) 2 tablespoons milk (or non dairy milk) 2 tablespoons brown sugar microwave for 1 minute on high, stir, microwave for 1 additional minute on high. Add to the mixture in the same bowl: 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla stir until well blended. Drizzle onto cooled cake.
