Heat & eat stovetop empty pouch contents into saucepan. Stir over medium heat until warm. Boil in bag place pouch in saucepan of boiling water. Heat for 3 minutes. Microwave tear pouch open 2 inches at top to vent. Heat to high for 1 minute.
