Directions 1 ask a grownup to preheat the oven to 350° 2 mash 1/2 cup soft vegan butter in a mixing bowl with a fork. Add in 1/2 cup applesauce & 1 tsp. Vanilla & mix for about 1 minute 3 add in dry cookie mix & stir until it is a light fluffy dough 4 refrigerate dough for 15 minutes & line a baking sheet with parchment paper 5 scoop dough with a tablespoon onto cookie sheet & flatten slightly. Ask an adult to put the pan in the oven for 15-18 minutes. Let cool completely & enjoy!
