Cooking instructions 1 add 2 cups of water and 2 tbsp of olive oil or your preferred oil to a pan or pot and turn heat to high. 2 bring water to a rapid boil. 3 add entire me'eat pouch contents to boiling water and stir thoroughly. 4 reduce heat to medium-low. 5 let cook for 7-10 minutes or until water evaporates, stir occasionally. 6 remove from heat and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes.
