Organic tri-color quinoa is an agricultural product. Despite the use of modern cleaning equipment, it is not always possible to remove foreign material. Always rinse and sort quinoa before cooking.

Cooking instructions rinse quinoa before cooking. Bring 2 cups of water, 1 cup quinoa to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cover. Cook for about 15 minutes until water is absorbed. If using a rice cooker, treat like rice (2 parts water, 1 part quinoa).
