Cooking Instructions:
Multi-pressure cooker (5-6 qt): 1. Select saute mode, add sauce, water and coconut milk, stir well 2. Add shrimp 3. Pressure cook on low for 3 minutes 4. Quick release and return to saute mode, reduce sauce to desired consistency;shrimp coconut curry recipe ingredients: ♦ 1 packet sukhi's coconut curry sauce ♦ 12 oz. Shrimp, uncooked, deveined ♦ ¼ cup water ♦ ¼ cup canned coconut milk directions: 1. Heat saucepan to medium, add shrimp, water, coconut milk and sukhi's coconut curry sauce 2. Simmer on medium-high heat until shrimp is cooked 3. Reduce sauce to desired consistency 4. Serve with basmati rice and pair with sukhi's mango chutney
