Baking instructions simply add: • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine mix with 3 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract in a bowl. Pat the dough into a circle about 2 inches thick. Cut circle into triangles or use a round cookie cutter to cut scones. Spread onto baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
