Cooking Instructions:
How we like it: hot. One tea temple per person, infused in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. We like this with milk but equally good without milk.;iced: just cover one tea temple with boiling water and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove temple and top-up glass with iced water. Garnish with a slice of orange or lemon.
