Noodle: rice, tapioca starch, water. Seasoning: salt, sugar, lemongrass, corn maltodextrin, red chili pepper, yeast extract, citric acid, garlic, onion, shrimp powder (shrimp, salt), tamarind, kaffir lime leaf, green onion. Oil packet: soybean oil, red chili pepper, garlic, shallot, and tocopherol (as an antioxidant).

Cooking Instructions:
Cooking instructions cook time: 3 minutes • makes 1 serving stove top 1 bring 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan on medium-high heat. 2 add rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning. Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. 3 let stand 2 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir before serving. Microwave place noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning in a microwavable bowl. Add 1 cup water. Microwave on high 3 minutes or until water is hot. Stir well. Let stand 2 minutes or until noodles are tender. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted.
