Cooking Instructions:
You will need: for the cake mix: 3/4 cup water 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 egg for the frosting: 1-2 tbsp hot water instructions: 1 heat oven to 350°f. Grease bottom + sides of pan with non-stick cooking spray or use cupcake liners. 2 mix cake mix + water + egg + oil in a large bowl. Stir by hand for 1 min until the batter is smooth. Pour into the prepared pan. 3 bake as directed (see chart below) or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting. 4 mix frosting with 1 tablespoon of hot water. Stir until there are no lumps (about 1 min). Then, slowly add hot water (not to exceed 1 tablespoon) and stir until frosting is a good consistency. Two tablespoons will be more glaze-like. Wrap and store leftover cake for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
