What you will need makes 16 brownies eggs* 1 large** oil ½ cup water ¾ cup *subtitite with egg-replacer for vegan recipe. **add 1 additional egg for cake-like brownies. Preheat oven accordingly: pan size 8" x 8" glass / light metal bake temp 350°f bake time 24-30 mins pan size 8" x 8" dark metal bake temp 325°f bake time 24-30 mins pan size 9" x 9" dark metal bake temp 325°f bake time 20-26 mins prep pan with non-stick cooking spray, oil, or parchment paper. Combine eggs, water, and oil together in medium bowl. Add brownie mix and stir until well blended. Pour and then spread batter evenly into pan. Bake in center of oven for the recommended time, or until sides of brownie are set. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted 1 inch from edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely and separate edges from pan before cutting and serving. Cover to store. Enjoy!
