Cooking instructions: • bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. • add a generous pinch of salt to the water which will enhance the flavor of the pasta • carefully add pasta to water. Stir gently. • return to a boil. • taste your pasta while cooking to achieve your desired texture. For "al dente" pasta, boil yellow pea spaghetti for 5-7 minutes. • remove from heat, rinse under water. • serve immediately.
