[Recipe] Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is both delicious and nutrient packed!  Top it with some Greek yogurt or your favorite fruit as the perfect way to start your day ... or satisfy your sweet tooth!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup raw almonds

1/2 cup chia seeds

2 tablespoons agave nectar or stevia to taste

Dash of cinnamon

Greek yogurt (optional)

Fruit or berries (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Put almonds and 3 cups of water in a blender.

Blend until creamy and smooth.

Add the chia seeds, agave, and cinnamon and pulse the blender several times just to mix. If it is not sweet enough, add a little move agave.

Top with Greek yogurt or fruit of your choice.

Pour mixture into a bowl and chill for 1 hour or longer to thicken. Stores in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
