[Recipe] Gluten Free Pretzels & Cream Raspberry Jello Mold

WIth the holiday season right around the corner it's time to start planning your party menus!  Try this Gluten Free Pretzels & Cream Raspberry Jello Mold and you won't be disappointed!  It tastes as delicious as it looks!

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups crushed gluten free pretzels

3/4 cup grass fed butter

3 tbs organic sugar

2 pints of natural raspberry sherbert

8 oz organic cream cheese

1 cup organic sugar

1 medium Tru-whip

1 - 6 oz package of natural raspberry jello

2 -10 oz pkg of frozen organic raspberries

DIRECTIONS:

Crush gluten free pretzels

Add sugar and butter until well mixed

Roll pretzel crust out onto a cookie sheet

Use the selected jello mold to cut the shape of the crust (like a cookie cutter)

Bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes and set aside to cool

Bring two cups of water to a boil

Add jello and stir until dissolved

Add raspberry sherbert and mix until melted

Mix in frozen raspberries

Pour in jello mold and cool until firm

Beat cream cheese, sugar and tru-whip in a bowl

Spread into the mold on top of firm jello mixture

Replace baked prezel crust inside the mold and refrigerate until cool

Remove jello mold, serve and enjoy!
