[Recipe] Quick & Easy Protein Bars

Quick and easy protein bars are a must have go to recipe!  With only 10 minutes of prep time it is an easy way to have a healthy go to snack on your way out the door.  The best part is, you can add all of your favorite nuts, fruits or seeds to really pack it with nutrients!  No baking required!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter

2 cups quick oats

4 scoops Vanilla Protein (or your desired flavor)

1 tbsp ground flax seed

1/2 cup water

Optional Ingredients:

1 tsp cocoa powder

Dried fruit or seeds

Raw maple syrup or honey (drizzle on top to sweeten)

DIRECTIONS:

Using clean hands kneed all ingredients together.

Spread into dish pressing down to flatten.

Freeze for 30 min.

Cut into squares or rectangles

Refrigerate after..
