Lead Times for UPS/FedEx Ground
Once your order has shipped, the following approximate transit times apply. 

Eastern and Central States: 3-4 business days
Western States: 5-7 business days

Freight Curbside Delivery
While all Naturepedic shipments (including all mattress sizes) typically use FedEx/UPS Ground, foundations and other considerations may make freight delivery necessary. The freight company will typically call to schedule a time frame for delivery. The driver will remove the package from the truck and leave it on the curb. There is no extra charge for this delivery method.
 
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipments
Unfortunately, we cannot ship Naturepedic products to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses. If you have further questions, please contact us
 
Damaged Shipping Policy
Any products damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense. For products that require a signature, the shipment must either be refused (for severe damage) or clearly marked as damaged on the delivery receipt when you sign for the shipment. Pure Modern Living must be notified within 72 hours in order to file a claim. Without marking the delivery receipt, we will have no recourse with the freight carriers.

Orders Refused on Delivery
If you refuse your order upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), you will be responsible for the actual outbound shipping cost (including promotional shipping) and any return shipping costs. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately before the item is processed.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
The Serenade and EOS mattresses feature a 20 year limited warranty while the Chorus features a 10 year limited warranty. All accessories come with a one year limited warranty.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at info@puremodernliving.com to request a return authorization number prior to shipping your product back to Naturepedic. A customer service representative will happily assist in processing your return or exchange. 

Please note that for adult mattresses, customers must keep their mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return. This provides some time to "break-in" the mattress and for your body to adjust to something new.initiating a return or exchange

Who and what does this Warranty cover? 

This Warranty is not transferable and only covers you if you are the original purchaser and owner of the Product and purchased it directly from Naturepedic or from an authorized dealer. This Warranty is limited to material defects due to defective materials or workmanship in the Naturepedic mattress, crib mattress, pad, or accessory (the “Product”) you have purchased. Please note that juvenile pads (e.g. bassinet, cradle, etc.) are not considered mattresses for purposes of this warranty.

What will Naturepedic do? 

We will, at our option, repair or replace the Product, subject to the limitations and exclusions herein. Naturepedic reserves the right to substitute material of equal or higher quality. Repair or replacement does not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor does it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

How long does the coverage last? 

For purchases of a Naturepedic pad or mattress accessory, this Warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase as long as you are the original purchaser and owner of the Product.

What is not covered by this Warranty?

Every Naturepedic product is constructed individually, one at a time. As such, some degree of individualization of the finished product is an inherent part of that product. Imperfections that do not prevent reasonable continued use of the Product are not considered to be defects. For example, surfaces may not be perfectly even and corners may not be perfectly shaped or symmetrical. These are not considered to be defects.
This Warranty excludes: (a) minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws; (b) normal wear and tear; (c) tears, stains, soiling, burns, and discoloration that occur over time; (d) dampness or mold; (e) firmness preference or a change in comfort; (f) a naturally occurring cotton aroma; and (g) Products that are sold "as is" or "floor models.” In addition, this Warranty does not cover conditions resulting from abusive handling, misuse, or neglect, and the following, if found upon inspection, will void your Warranty: (a) any unsanitary condition; (b) burns; (c) improper or inadequate return packaging; (d) missing law label; (e) folding or bending the Product; (f) excessive jumping on the Product; (g) attempting to clean the Product in an inappropriate manner; and (h) improper storage of the Product (including storage in damp locations, areas infected with insects or rodents, or any other unprotected storage areas). This Warranty does not cover shipping charges associated with returning the damaged Product or with shipping any replacement Product.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE THAT YOU PAID FOR YOUR PRODUCT. ADDITIONALLY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER STATE LAW, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. FOR COMMERCIAL AND ALL OTHER NON-CONSUMER USE THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THIS WARRANTY EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER WHO PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT FOR PERSONAL, FAMILY, OR HOUSEHOLD PURPOSES, THE AFORESAID IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY OR THE MINIMUM PERIOD PERMITTED BY LAW.

Your rights under state law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages in connection with the sale of consumer products, so the above limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Other terms and conditions. Naturepedic makes no medical or health claims regarding its mattresses or other products. Allergies, discomfort, or other conditions, are not covered under this Warranty. Any questions or concerns regarding medical or health conditions should be addressed by a licensed physician. How to make a claim under this Warranty.
