If your little one has finally grown into a full-fledged toddler, this MADE SAFE certified toddler pillow is a must. Covered in comfy-soft, certified organic cotton and filled with PLA fiber that we sourced from non-GMO sugarcane, it provides the support their growing body needs – without memory foam, soy foam, “eco” foam or other forms of polyurethane foam. We don’t use chemical flame retardants or allergenic latex, either. Organic cotton fabric:

Certified organic cotton is grown and processed without GOTS-prohibited pesticides and chemical treatments, making it a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. You'll also love the feel of this luxurious stretch-knit fabric. It's soft to the touch and easily conforms to your every curve.

PLA batting:

PLA is a high-performance synthetic fiber that offers resilience, moisture wicking and a comfortable fluffiness. Naturepedic formulates our PLA exclusively from non-GMO sugarcane, which is then fermented in a process similar to making yogurt to create lactic acid (a naturally occurring material that gives the “tang” to yogurt and makes your muscles ache after a work-out). This yields a molecule called lactide, which undergoes a crystallization process that removes the water and creates the high-performance polymer – polylactide (PLA). PLA meets the MADE SAFE® standard and is used in a variety of industries, including food packaging and medical supplies.
