Natural Granola Bar
Who doesn’t love a good granola bar? These tasty treats are perfect for on-the-go snacking. Moreover, they are just the perfect amount of filling without being too much. However, they are even better when they are made with natural ingredients! Here is an easy to make natural granola bar recipe that you can make in roughly thirty minutes with just three quick steps.
First off, you will need 1 cup of honey and ⅔ cup of sunbutter to get that sweet flavor and thick consistency. Next, 2 and ⅔ cups of rolled oats and ⅓ cup ground pecans are essential. Grab 1 cup of natural flour for baking and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to really make the flavor pop. Finally, you will want dried fruit and chocolate chips to complete the recipe. Two cups of these should do the trick.
To start things off, you will warm one cup of your honey in the microwave. However, only slightly warm it up for a few seconds. Then, combine your slightly-warmed honey with your sunbutter.
Next, it’s time to start mixing! Toss in those oats, pecans, natural flour, and cinnamon. Give it a good mix, then mix in the dried fruit and chocolate chips. Make it nice and consistent!
Using a 9x13 sprayed-on pan, take your mix and press it down as firmly as you can. You want this nice and even to make it cook to perfection. Finally, bake this at 350 for about fifteen minutes.
