No Bake Cookies
When it comes to easy-to-make desserts, no-bake cookies are always a nice choice. Not only do they taste great, but they also only require a few simple steps to make. Plus, they can be made with natural and organic ingredients! With that said, here is your recipe for no bake cookies for your next holiday party.
First off, make sure you have the following ingredients for your recipe for no bake cookies.
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1-3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Cups Quick oats
- 2/3 Cup Peanut butter
Get your baking sheet ready by covering it with parchment paper. Then, it’s time to start your mix. Add your milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and butter into a saucepan.
Next, turn your stove on to medium heat and begin whisking your saucepan. Continue whisking until mixture reaches a full boil. Once it reaches that point, you can stop whisking and let it sit for one minute.
At this point, you will need to remove the saucepan from the stove. Now, begin adding in the rest of your ingredients. Pour in your oats, peanut butter, and vanilla. Make sure to mix this very thoroughly.
By now, your mix should be ready. You’re at the final step of your recipe for no bake cookies! All you need to do is place 2 tablespoons of your mixture onto your baking sheet at a time until the tray is full.
