3 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
3 tbs. olive oil
2 tsp. minced fresh thyme or 3/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1. Place asparagus in a roasting pan lined with heavy-duty foil. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
2. Bake uncovered at 425º for 10-15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
