We love this quick and easy appetizer! With only 15 minutes of prep time, crab and asparagus dip is a no brainer for any party!
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (10.5 oz) can asparagus drained, chopped
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sliced green onions
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 (6oz) can crab meat, drained
1/3 cup sliced almonds
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and asparagus; blend well.
Add cheese, onions, horseradish, mustard and crabmeat; mix well.
Spread evenly in ungreased 1 qt baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min or until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle with almonds if desired
Serve warm w/ crackers
