6 Large Eggs
6 oz Cream Cheese
15 Drops Vanilla Stevia Drops (optional)
1 tbsp Psyllium Husks
Place all ingredients in a small blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour about 3 tbsp batter onto hot griddle or large frying pan.
When top is covered in bubbles and edges appear to be dry, flip pancakes.
