Fall is almost here and football season is underway! Your guests will love these mini cauliflower pizza appetizers on game day. Not only are they gluten free, they are a crowd pleaser for any occasion. Happy cooking!

|1 large head of cauliflower shredded or 4 cups cauliflower rice|
2 large eggs
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup pizza sauce
12 fresh basil leaves
2 medium tomatos
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Pre-heat oven to 450º
Using a grater or food processor, shred cauliflower into crumbles.
Cook cauliflower for about 8 min, allow to cool.
Add eggs, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil and garlic powder and stir to combine.
Lightly grease 2 baking sheets
Divide mixture into 12 balls. Place balls on sheets and press down.
Bake in oven for 15 min until golden brown.
Remove from oven. Top each crust with sauce, basil leaves remaining mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and tomato slice.
Broil pizzas until cheese melted, about 5 min. Serve
